Deposits made in PKR are credited to your pk147 wallet in PKR at the prevailing displayed rate. USDT deposits are converted to the equivalent PKR wallet balance at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests on pk147 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule).

Without limiting the generality of the above, pk147 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your pk147 Login credentials confidential.
• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your side, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes that have been independently audited and confirmed as functioning correctly by the game provider's RNG certification.
